Auto Tech, (originally named A & T Auto Repair) was started in 1970, when Walter Fritz found a lack of qualified mechanics to service his German car in the New York metropolitan area.

AutoTech is the only AAA certified service center in Stamford, CT and just one of a handful in lower Fairfield County. Their technicians are ASE certified as are their service consultants. They are an officially designated State of Connecticut Emission Repair Facility.
