Sebastian's Hideout is ideal for a light lunch, a casual business meeting, or to have some fine wine and a gourmet meal. We can help you make any dining occasion special. Just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate your requests. For a more intimate dining experience, try the Hideout on our lower level. The Hideout is one of Springfield 's best kept secrets, with leather chairs, sofas and linen drawn tables. Live music is available on Saturday from 9-11pm . Complimentary valet parking available. Sebastian's Hideout also offers complete party and catering services. We have two areas available for parties of up to 120 people and offer a menu with a wide variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts.
