Spring Hill TN Home Sales are on the Rise

Recent statistics indicate that Spring Hill TN Home Sales are on the rise.  In the period of September 1^st, 2010 thru September 30^th, 2010, we show 52 homes that are either closed or pending.  In August 2010, we had 34 homes closed or pending.  This amounts to a rise in home sales of over 51% in one month.  Compared to September of last year which had 29 homes either closed or pending (are under contract), that results in an increase of nearly 80% in one year.

In short, Spring Hill TN remains a preferred area in middle Tennessee to live and raise a family.  The location lends itself very well to both North-South access and East-West Access with super highways in both directions.  Nashville is only a few minutes to the north of Spring Hill, and has incredible shopping and restaurants locally.
