Spring Hill Tn had a total of 79 Residential properties that sold and closed from the time period of September 1st 2011 through September 30th 2011. The City of Spring Hill is located in both Williamson County and Maury County. Of the 41 properties that sold and closed, 29 of these homes are located on the Williamson County side and 12 of these homes are located on the Maury County side of the city.

The average day's on market for these sold properties were 81. The average price that properties actually sold for were $204,522, with this information we can see that the properties sold for 98.29% of the asking price. The median number's are a reflection of half of the homes higher and half of the homes being lower in each category.
