Launching of www.MySearchForHomes.com

I'm pleased to announce the launching of Steve Manley's new website at www.MySearchForHomes.com . This new site takes searching for a home to a whole new level. You can quickly scroll over a tab at the top of the home page for the city you are interested in such as: Brentwood, Columbia, Spring Hill, Franklin. Then a drop down bar will appear for you to select what type of home you are looking to buy ex: Luxury Home, Short Sale, Foreclosure, Land. Once you click on what you are interested in it automatically pulls those listing on the page and maps them out.

However if you are more detailed and want a more custom search you can simply click on the advance search tool. This will allow you add numerous specifications such as schools, home amenities, acreage, etc. And again when you click search your results and map will appear. I found the mapping tool the most helpful because you not only get a great idea of what part of town the homes are located in but you can easily map out which homes to drive by. Lets face it we all know some houses look great in pictures and not so great in person. What I like to do is narrow down my search to my top 10 favorites, map them out and drive by them all. This usually helps to eliminate half of my list. With this mapping tool it makes things alot easier and is a huge time saver!

There are many other tools on this site that I really like but I'd rather not write a book and bore you. Check it out for yourself....I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
