Nestled into the gorgeous and historic south hill neighborhood, the cottage is walking distance to grocery stores, friendly pubs and fine dining.
Parks Cottage has two beautiful bedrooms with queen memory-foam hybrid beds, plus an office furnished with a desk and futon that folds out to a double bed. The dining area includes a large solid table that seats up to 10 and a game table with chess and checkers pieces. Our updated kitchen is fully equipped for meals grande or petite. The basement is unfinished but does include a brand new washer and dryer at your disposal, along with an unfinished but usable bathroom.

This cottage is located in South Hill, a neighborhood in Spokane. Manito Park and Riverfront Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Mobius Children's Museum and Wonderland Family Fun Center. Splash Down Waterpark and Cat Tales Zoological Park are also worth visiting.
