CHECK -IN: Our check-in time starts at 3:00 P.M. Early check-in no earlier than 1:00 P.M is allowed with an additional fee of $35. Please note that this will be charged upon completing the reservation.

CHECK- OUT: Our check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-out no later than 1:00 P.M is allowed as well with an additional fee of $35. Please note that this will be charged upon completing the reservation. Also, the additional fee stated above is per occurrence.

PET FEE: Pet rent up to 2 pets is $14 /night (caps 30 nights $420). The 3rd pet charges an additional $14 per night. (We will not accept more than 3 pets in a townhome or apartment.) Pet rent is charged upon completing the reservation. Kindly indicate how may pets are travelling with you.
