-The apartment is accessed from the street with a secured commercial-grade door. For your safety and convenience, there is also 24/7 surveillance and a security guard nearby.
-Upon booking, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only good for the duration of their stay.
-Of course the entire unit is completely private with no shared spaces.
-Located on the second floor (with an elevator as a bonus!)

The newly designated 'SoHo' neighborhood of Spokane is known for its proximity to the business district of downtown, while not sacrificing on the accessibility to trendy shops, cafes, and bars in the area.

Located above the stellar Wave Sushi Bar and Grill, and the Tidal Wave Cafe serving breakfast, boba, coffee, smoothies and more!

Some of our favorite spots include Indaba Coffee Cafe, Revival Tea Company Lounge, or Method Juice Bar which all offer cozy urban spaces to relax with friends, or to bring your laptop and get some work done!

Being in the middle of downtown, there comes the typical hustle and bustle you'd expect to find. We don't have designated parking spots, but there is a parking garage located diagonally across the street for around $15-$20/day which is standard for downtown.

Let’s start with a few basics:

How to stay like a local:
There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental Unit.

That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.

1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.

2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.

3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!

5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.

6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow for each of our buildings. Help us follow the rules.

7. We’re here to help! Roav Stays is managed locally. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)

Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit

Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays

Unauthorized pets: $150/day

Downtown Spokane, a neighborhood in Spokane, is home to this apartment. Mobius Children's Museum and Spokane Falls SkyRide are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit River Park Square and Flour Mill. Riverfront Park Carousel and Manito Park are also worth visiting.
