This meticulously cared for pet friendly RV, sleeps 6, and comes with a ton of upgraded features! There is a queen slide out in the rear of the RV, a comfortable cab over bunk, a fold down sofa, and a dining table that converts to a small bed. Tons of storage.
This RV is equipped with 3 TVs! A 40in TV located in the main cabin, swings out so it can be watched by anyone sitting on the couch or dining table. Another TV is located in the rear bedroom, and this RV even includes an outside TV! Great for watching your sporting events and for outdoor movie nights!
The RV has a huge 55-gallon gas (NO Diesel) tank and can go an estimated 400 miles (depending on mountain/valley driving) before it needs a refill! It is also equipped with a rear camera and huge side mirrors.
***TURN-IN REQUIREMENTS***
Remove your belongings, clean out grey/black tanks, refill propane tank and fuel to same levels as was received upon pickup.
Pick up at 11am, and drop off by noon preferred.
Upon pick up or delivery, I will do a thorough walk-through of all the RV systems and features. Additionally, I recommend watching the following video on YouTube regarding the general features and control panels, in order to familiarize yourself with the rig. Please be prepared questions.

Amenities:
This RV has all the amenities you could want. There is no carpet flooring (except in the driver cockpit), all the floors are vinyl so cleanup is EASY!!!

Linens (towels, blankets, sheets, pillows & sleeping bags are available for an additional $150 per rental). If selected, please indicate how many people will be staying in the unit so the appropriate quantity of bedding and towels are included.
I do offer FREE campsite delivery and RV set up at any South Lake Tahoe area campground*! Simply make your reservation and arrive to your campsite at the designated time! I’ll have everything ready for you to start your RV camping adventure! *Campgrounds include: Tahoe Valley, Fallen Leaf Lake, Camp Richardson, Nevada Beach & Zephyr Cove RV Campgrounds.
Don’t want to clean? Select the cleaning add on & return rig as is. We do the cleaning for you! If this option is not selected, renter understands RV to be returned in the same condition as they picked it up.
