This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA), not a resort. Tenants are obliged to adhere to the rules of the HOA which will be accessible in the guest portal and the property binder inside the rental.

Long term stays (30+ days) are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit. Minimum first month's rent due to confirm reservation.
LONG TERM CANCELLATION POLICY - Host will retain rent collected to date of cancellation. Rents will be refunded, minus a 10% cancellation, if the property can be rented to another group for the time frame that has been paid in full. This may require renting at a lower rate to get it booked.
