The Somers Point NovaCare Rehabilitation facility is managed by Peter Mazyk, PT, Dpt and is located at 321 Shore Road. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy Peter treats a broad spectrum of orthopedic injuries and post surgical interventions including sprains/strains, herniated discs, spinal discectomies/fusions, meniscal tears/repairs, ACL repairs, degenerative joint disease, total joint replacements, and rotator cuff repairs. Peter also has expertise in the treatment of vestibular and balance disorders; Sports Rehabilitation and performance training; as well as work station design, educating patients on proper body mechanics & ergonomics to reduce injury in the workplace. Peter’s goal as a physical therapist is to return the patient to the activities they enjoy doing, and secondly to instill confidence in each patient to take control of their own health and well being. At Somers Point NovaCare we are focused on Customer Satisfaction by providing our patient’s with the uppermost professional care and convenient treatment times that accommodate their busy schedules.
