Dr. Blake Murphy - SNOHOMISH, WA

Dr. Blake Murphy was raised in Bothell and moved back after graduating from Washington State University?s School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Blake completed his undergraduate education with a degree in Zoology at the University of Washington. Dr. Murphy has always been interested in the field of veterinary medicine, as family pets were always a staple of his childhood and were considered special members of the family. He knew that a career in this field would be incredibly enjoyable and rewarding.

Since joining Alpine View, Dr. Murphy has developed a strong interest in internal medicine and orthopedics, but truly values the everyday experiences and relationships he?s developed with his co-workers, clients and their pets. He is married to Jaclyn, a labor and delivery nurse, with whom he raises a son, Nolan, and is expecting a future addition due in December 2012. Dr. Murphy shares his home with 2 dogs, Cosby and Abby, and a cat named Rudihuxtable. When away from Alpine View, Blake enjoys working out, following University of Washington athletics, and cheering on his favorite football team the Seattle Seahawks!
