Beautiful and new two bedroom cottage close to four seasons marina. There is a beautiful new cottage next door that friends and family can lease also. Living Room features a gas fireplace. The bunk bedroom features a queen bed down and a twin bed up. The property sits on a beautiful 13 acres. We have plenty of parking for boats. The front porch is wonderful for morning coffee watching the deer roam.

Smithville is home to this cottage. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Hurricane Bridge Recreation Area and Rock Island State Park, while Black House and Cookeville Depot Museum are cultural highlights.
