A deduction of $35 from security deposit made on return for dump and cleaning sewer tank. Equipped / furnished with stabilizer hitch for your 2" receiver and 7 pin wiring port.

*RV to be brought the same level of propane you picked up(usually comes full, should be returned full). Propane tanks are weighed to verify. Optional deduction from deposit if you do not want to perform this, based on number of days rented. See below.

BURNING MAN RESERVATIONS:
1. This is available for Burning man. A rigorous cleaning is made following.
2. I have made this trailer a Burning man special at $290 per night. Minimum booking 7 nights.
3. I will be attending Burning man and will arrive on playa for early dates.
4. Honda Generator suitable for air conditioning available: $200 cash at time of pickup or bring your own.
5. You must have a 1/2 ton truck suspension or better with Break Controller, and 7 pin wiring harness.
6. You must message me with your towing plan (vehicle Description, age, and prior experience towing)

8. Cleaning is a minimum of $250 to include upholstery and all appliances and service panel and compartment cleaning. Realize Playa dust gets everywhere. With reasonable care to avoid dust intrusion, and cleansing interior and exterior $250 may be final cost of cleaning. You will not be responsible for all compartments exterior (utility areas). Just go to truck wash in Reno, clean interior..floors counters cabinets, bathroom. We will do the rest. If no attempt is made to clean: $450. If abuse: $75/hour.
