We named our RV Eni after my kids way of saying "anywhere", because that's exactly what this RV gave us. The freedom to go anywhere and feel at home. Eni has been our cozy retreat on wheels, and we've taken great care to keep her clean, reliable, and road-trip ready.

Complimentary Amenities:
- Kitchen: Equipped with basic essentials including serving utensils, French press, wine opener, frying pan, pot, and a kettle. We also provide dish soap.
- Bathroom: Stocked with toilet paper and hand soap.
- Linens: Fresh bed sheets and hand towels for your convenience.

Rental Policies:
1. Pick-up and Return: Please pick up by 12 noon and return the RV by 12 pm to avoid an early pick-up or late return fee of $20 per hour, up to a day’s rental fee.

2. Fuel and Propane: Ensure the RV has full propane and fuel tanks when returning to avoid a refueling fee of $50 plus the cost of propane and gas.

3. Holding Tanks: Return the RV with empty holding tanks to avoid a dumping fee of $75.

4. Cleanliness: Please return the RV in a clean condition, both inside and out, to avoid a cleaning fee of $150.

5. Pet-Friendly: If you’re bringing your furry friend, $50 per pet.

6. No Climbing on Roof: Avoid climbing on the roof unless absolutely necessary.

7. No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the RV. Failure to comply will result in a forfeited security deposit.
8. No Towing: Towing is not allowed; otherwise, the security deposit will not be returned.

9. Event Restrictions: Please note that the RV is not available for trips to events like Coachella or Burning Man; violating this policy will result in a forfeited security deposit.
