Buffalo Ridge condos are located in the residential area known as "Wildernest" , just off the Dillon-Silverthorne exit of I-70. Although it is close to the interstate, it is far enough that you will not see or hear the highway. The condo buildings sit along a ridge and overlook the valley where Lake Dillon is, and Keystone can be seen in the distance. The property is surrounded by the White River National Forest and deer, elk, moose, fox & even bear can often be seen from your balcony! This non-smoking unit will sleep up to 6 people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The floor plan is open and bright with the kitchen, dining area and living room all facing the patio door and windows with the wonderful views! Condo includes a flat screen TV, DVD and wood burning fireplace. The laundry facility is near the parking area of the building (coin-op). This is a second floor unit, but you can pull in on the backside of the building to unload your belongings which saves you a flight of stairs. Open parking available on the ground level of the building. The free Summit Stage bus picks up about 50 yards from the parking area and will take you to any of the ski areas and/or towns in Summit County. FEES:Cleaning fee: $135Damage protection: $59RESTRICTIONS:The minimum age limit to rent is 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. This is a nonsmoking residence: Absolutely no smoking is allowed at this property and there will be a minimum charge of $250 against the renter’s credit card for remediation if there is any evidence of smoking in the house. We love animals, but due to homeowner association deed restrictions, animals are not allowed by renters nor their guests. The layout of the home makes it difficult for those with mobility impairments, as the entrance to the condo is on the second floor.
Please note: immediately following all online bookings, we will verify contact information and the renter's agreement to follow house rules and restrictions prior to our issuance of a final confirmation. The verification will be in the form of a telephone call or email. We reserve the right to cancel during this process, especially if the renter does not respond to our direct contact.
The full capacity assumes 2 people in the master bedroom, 2 on the sofa sleeper, and 2 on the single beds in the second bedroom.
