Brentuximab vedotin is an ADC composed of an auristatin analog, monomethylauristatin-E ( MMAE) conjugated to an anti-CD30 Ab through a protease cleavable linker. This ADC has been shown to cause continuous positive responses in suppressing tumor regression in majority of patients with relapsed or refractory CD30+ lymphomas.
