Magnetic Beads

Our Absolute MagTM platform is dedicated to developing magnetic microsphere for life science applications, such as immunoprecipitation, cell isolation, RNA/DNA extraction, and protein purification. Similar like agarose beads, magnetic particles can bind to the Fc region of IgG, thus can be used to isolate specific target molecule and protein complexes from cell lysate. A major advantage of magnetic beads is that the aggregations do not need the stress of centrifugation, which can significantly increase the yield of delicately attached protein complexes.
