KIR Inhibitor

KIR, short for Killer-cell Immunoglobulin-like Receptor, is a receptor mainly expressed on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells and some T cells, which can recognize the major histocompatibility complex class I （MHC-I） on the surface of target cells. It also regulates the activity of NK cells and T cells by binding with the MHC-1, and plays an immunoregulatory role. In recent years, some studies have found that KIR is closely related to the occurrence and development of human autoimmune diseases.
