Recombinant Anti-HER2 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Triomab), Expressed as an anti-HER2 scFv region fused with an anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody with a His-tag at the C-terminus. Exists as a monomer under non-reducing and reducing condition. The complex is capable of targeting effector T cells to induce T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity of cells associated with a disease, such as Gastric and esophageal cancers, breast cancer.
