Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are isolated by diluting bone marrow with phosphatebuffered saline and using density gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate various subpopulations.
