New, very clean, and a great floorplan with plenty of space for a family! Master room with a queen size bed and direct access to the full bathroom, double full size bunk beds at the other end of the trailer. Full super slide, with the dinette that will also convert to a bed and double reclining couch that has seat heaters and built in massagers!

Owners supply a limited amount of silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee pot, limited pots and pans and kitchen supplies. Also included are two outdoor chairs and an outdoor area rug. Other supplies are available upon request, for an additional fee. An outdoor kitchen includes small fridge and a two burner stove.

It is recommend you bring your own linens (queen size bed has sheets and pillows included and the bunk beds have fitted sheets) food/drink supply, towels, toiletries and any other necessities you may need for your trip. RV toilet paper needs to be used and can be purchased at any camping supply stores or Wal Mart.

For dry camp sites:
We can fill up with water before the renter leaves with trailer and make sure propane is filled.
For full hook ups camp sites:
We the owners do supply the hoses for fresh water and for the grey/black water. We also supply the cord to hook up for electric.

Dumping FEE - $50, unless you empty holding tanks yourself and bring them back empty.
Cleaning FEE MIN $75 to $300 - depends on the condition you return it in.
Propane refill FEE $30, per tank will be applied. Propane tanks will be full when you pick it up, and should come back at the same level.

When you arrive to pick up the trailer we will go over inside and outside of the trailer to photograph and write down a checklist. After returning the trailer, we will go over the photos and checklist to be thorough for your safety as a renter and our safety as a owner.

Pick up and drop of times are flexible, if you communicate with us to work out agreed up times outside of times in the listing. If a time is not pre-arranged and the trailer comes back late, an additional nights rental fee will be subtracted from the deposit.
