This Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2023 with new HVAC, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc. Covered front porch for watching the sun rise and enjoying the afternoon / evening breeze! The house is approximately 2 miles from the SHINER BREWERY and guests have access to the 100 acre property for fishing and other outdoor activities. This 2 bedroom 1 bath comfortably sleeps 5 persons utilizing the pullout couch/bed in the den.
Shiner is home to this farm stay. Spoetzl Brewery and Old Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Yoakum Heritage Museum and Hairgrove Saddlery and Gifts. JB Wells Park and Discoveries From the Past are also worth visiting.
