The Spoetzl Haus was originally located at the Spoetzl Brewery. It was one of the original structures at the brewery and was home to Kosmos Spoetzl's daughter. Over the years it also served as storage for wooden kegs, a gift shop, and the welcome center to the brewery. It is conveniently located 4 blocks from the brewery and is easy walking distance to every downtown destination and all the restaurants in Shiner. There is plenty of room on both the front and back porches to sit and relax. There is also a party barn on the property that is available for use.

Located in Shiner, this cottage is in the city center. Spoetzl Brewery and Main Street are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Yoakum Municipal Golf Course and Hallettsville Golf Course. Yoakum Heritage Museum and Hairgrove Saddlery and Gifts are also worth visiting.
