Rustic Pines is in prime location of Shaver Lake! East Village is a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and even the lake!!

Access: The front and back door is equipped with a smartlock, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Guests will be provided with the door code and other check-in information prior to their stay.

Living Room: Unwind in the inviting living room, where relaxation and enjoyment await. Settle into the comfy couches and chairs to stream your favorite movies and shows on the large flat screen TV with Roku and DirecTV. Enjoy quality time with puzzles on the puzzle table or a variety of board games. In the winter, gather around the wood-burning fireplace for a cozy, warm ambiance. Nearby, a half bathroom offers convenience for guests enjoying the common areas.

Kitchen & Dining: Enjoy preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen, where the open floorplan encourages lively conversation while cooking and dining. The kitchen is equipped with an array of dishes and cooking utensils to meet all your culinary needs. Gather around the beautiful wooden dining table, which comfortably seats eight, or enjoy casual dining at the breakfast bar with seating for three. If additional seating is needed, an extension on the dining room table is available to accommodate two extra people.

Master Bedroom: Discover comfort and style in the downstairs master bedroom at Rustic Pines. Relax on the king-size bed with ample closet storage. The ensuite bathroom features a refreshing walk-in shower and convenient shelving for your belongings, ensuring a seamless experience.

Bedroom 2 & 3: As you walk upstairs, you’ll discover two charming bedrooms on your right, each furnished with two twin-size beds, TV’s, and closet space. These bedrooms feature separate entrances from the lounge area, with a connecting door between them—ideal for young adults or children to enjoy their own space while remaining connected. Across from these bedrooms, next to the lounge area, is a full-size bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo.

Lounge Area: Upstairs provides an inviting space for friends and family to gather and create lasting memories. Relax on two comfortable couches and a chair while enjoying entertainment from the flat screen TV with DirectTV cable, Roku, DVD player, and VHS options. Challenge each other to foosball or darts, or step onto the balcony to enjoy fresh mountain air. The kitchenette offers convenience for keeping beverages cool. Guests can also choose from a variety of DVDs and VHS tapes for a nostalgic movie night.

Bedroom 4 & 5: Just down the hall from the lounge area, discover two additional bedrooms featuring cozy king-size beds and TVs for entertainment. Adjacent to both bedrooms is a full-size bathroom offering ample cabinet and counter space, along with a convenient walk-in shower.

Outdoors: The expansive back deck is a perfect gathering spot to enjoy the great outdoors. Dine alfresco at the beautiful wooden table, relax in two comfortable chairs, or unwind on the sofa that pulls out for added comfort. The deck features three ceiling fans and outdoor lighting for extended enjoyment. Nearby amenities include a basketball hoop and horseshoe pit for additional outdoor fun. Guests can also utilize the BBQ for outdoor cooking.

Garage: Guests at Rustic Pines have access to the garage for their enjoyment, though vehicle parking is kindly restricted. Inside, discover a ping pong table, dome hockey, cornhole, and various outdoor games for entertainment. Guests can also use provided rafts, bikes, and paddleboards, enhancing lake day adventures!

Google and Apple Maps may not take you all the way to the cabin.
Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach Shaver Lake, then make a right turn on Dorabella Rd (between the gas station and Shaver Lake Pizza). After you pass all of the local businesses, make the first right onto Redwood Rd. The road will split and stay to the left. When the road splits a second time, the cabin will be directly in front of you on the corner of Robin and Aspen Rd.

Parking: There are two driveways and guests will be able to access the home on either side. The front of the house can comfortably accommodate two vehicles, while the back of the house can accommodate an additional four vehicles. The driveway located at the back of the house is long, which is perfect for boat parking. Please note, the back driveway is shared with the neighbor, so please do not park next to their house or garage.

Safety: Please note that we do NOT provide lifejackets or helmets for guests to use the rafts, paddleboards, or the bikes. Guests will be responsible for bringing their own safety equipment in order to use these amenities that are provided.

Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is only available for the upstairs of the house. Downstairs is NOT equipped with AC, but the ceilings fans throughout the house helps it stay cool.

Winter: During winter months, the outdoor furniture will be stored in the garage to protect the furniture from getting damaged from the weight of the snow.

Heating: This property has central heating and a wood burning fireplace. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer then downstairs.

Locked bedroom: Please note that we have one bedroom in this home that is locked off for storage, and won't be accessible to any guest. Guests will see a sliding glass door from the back deck, and we kindly ask that it is left alone.

Trash: If guests are staying at the property on Sunday nights, please note that our handyman will stop by the property early Monday morning to roll the trash cans down to the street.

Located in Shaver Lake, this vacation home is in a rural area. Central Sierra Historical Society and Museum of the Sierra are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sierra Marina and China Peak Mountain Resort.
