This beautiful mountain escape - located in the desirable subdivision of Meadowridge, across the street from a tree-lined pond - will bring alpine style and comfort to your next family getaway. This fully renovated home makes incredible use of natural wood, open spaces, and large windows that frame the evergreens outside. After days packed with adventure, you can play pool in the loft, bring dinner outside to the covered portion of the wrap-around deck, and roast marshmallows around the gas Fire Pit. Back inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including a wood-burning stove, DirecTV, and a gas fireplace in the master suite.

In-town conveniences and the wonderful recreational opportunities of Shaver Lake are only three miles northeast, where you can go boating, fishing, hiking, or mountain biking on the lakeshore. China Peak Mountain Resort is 22 miles northeast, offering seven lifts and a 1,679-foot vertical drop for skiing and snowboarding in winter, as well as scenic lift rides and fantastic mountain biking opportunities come summer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
