3 Br Condo Vacation Rental In Shaver Lake, California

Located in a gated community a short drive, or long walk, from the town of Shaver Lake! 30 minutes from China Peak Ski Resort, and 20 minutes from swimming holes at Dinky Creek! This is a townhome, connected on one side to another residence, but the corner lot and quiet community makes it feel private. We like this setup because you get middle of the forest feel, but with a greater sense of security.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the whole cabin, deck space, and multiple parking spaces.  Enjoy free WiFi, fresh linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Guests may use their own streaming sites to watch TV, or use a provided Netflix account.

Things to Note

Guests must be 25 to book and we do enforce our no-party policy.
Please note that check-in is between 4-8:30pm. No exceptions.
Well behaved, trained pets only. 2 pets max. Owners must pay a non-refundable Pet Fee of $100 per pet.

Located in a condo in a gated community. We have neighbors that are full time residents, please follow the "Bretz Mill Rules" of no fires, no parties, and quiet hours begin at 10pm.
The pool is seasonal- open only for the summer. The spa is open year around, weather and elements permitting.
Because of heightened fire danger, there are no open fires allowed outside. The grill provided is propane.
Since the Creek Fire, there has been an influx in wildlife in the area. Make sure you do not leave food outside, and clean the BBQ after use. Be aware of your surroundings during walks.
Pitch and sap will accumulate on your shoes after walking around outside, please remove your shoes indoors.

Neighborhood

This is a mountain gated community, with paved driveways and walkways. The Shaver Lake community is a perfect little spot for sipping coffee at Blue Sky Cafe, hanging out in a hammock by the lake, grilling on your deck, or enjoying live music and the Pub and Grub. House Rules

Guest must be 25 or older to book, and must have an adult 25 or older staying at cabin through the duration of the booking.
Well behaved, trained pets only. ALL animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 dogs max. City ordinance: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am
During snow season, guests must have tire chains when traveling to Shaver Lake. We recommend checking to make sure they fit and you know how to put them on before leaving your house.
No smoking in the house and no parties, if this occurs, an additional fee will be charged.

Extended stays require periodic mid-stay cleanings. The frequency, whether every two weeks or every three, depends on the duration of your booking. Please be ready to inform us of your preferred day of the week for scheduling these cleanings.

Located in Shaver Lake, this condo is in the mountains and on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Sierra National Forest and Shaver Lake, while Central Sierra Historical Society and Museum of the Sierra are cultural highlights.
