The Space

The cabin sits on a large lot between Dinky Creek Road and a large beautiful meadow. Featuring a large deck, fire pit area, and cozy open-concept living and kitchen, this property is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your family and friends. Have even more friends that want to stay, too? RV camping and hookups are available for $50 more per night.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the entire house and the large lot! RV parking and hookups are available for $50 per night only to booked guests, so you won't be sharing the lot with any strangers. The meadow behind the listing is forest ground, so you are welcome to go for walks and explore (at your own risk, please wear reasonable shoes and be aware of your surroundings and mindful of the weather).

Neighborhood

Located in the sought-after East Village, it's far enough away from town to feel quiet and peaceful, but close enough to get to town quickly. It is possible to walk to town for those who enjoy longer walks.

Heating Note

The white mini split in the living room is not for heating. It will only blow out cool air. For heating, there is an electric fireplace underneath the TV, portable space heaters, and an electric fireplace in the loft with the two single beds.

House Rules

1. Check-in instructions will be sent out 24 hours prior to check-in. We currently cannot accommodate early check-ins. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Late checkout fees may apply.

2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests & pets to the reservation, no more overnight guests than maximum occupancy. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 4 guests apply automatically with reservation request. Please keep pets off furniture and make sure to clean up after them. All animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max.

3. No Parties or Smoking. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high-fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas and lake essentials, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. This is a mountain home and if you leave food/trash outside, it can attract wild animals. Thank you for your cooperation!
