This premium model includes All Weather(heated and enclosed) 45-gallon fresh water and gray and black water holding tanks. With an interior height of 6 '6'', you'll appreciate how spacious the 1685 feels, while a 13,500 BTU A/C that's also has a soft starter ( can run off small generator in regular 15-20 amp outlet) for Cooling and a 25,000 BTU furnace to keep you warm wherever you are.

The Interior has a huge slide-out and plush seating. A dual-pane skylight, Fantastic Fan skylight and Bathroom Skylight are welcoming and make the space bright and feel wide open.
The Lance 1685 bathroom has a porcelain toilet, shower, sink & black tank rinse and ducted heat. There is also a medicine cabinet with a mirrored door and a mirror on the bath door.

You'll love coming home to this bedroom to relax on a queen-sized bed and energy-efficient LED reading lights. A privacy curtain separates your sleeping space from the living space, while overhead cabinet bunks provide additional storage.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a 3-burner high-output range with an oven and a microwave, as well as an SS mid-size refrigerator and freezer. Electric LED light strip on that has wind sensor auto axtr and axt. Standard with 2 Propane tanks for extended stays during cold weather camping, skiing, boondocking, or hunting season.

1. Delivery : standard delivery time would be around 3pm and Fridays between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
It does not include setup. Setup could be included for a fee. There would be a $50 set up/take down fee that Includes but not limited to: stabilizing and leveling the camper with 4 stabilizer jacks, Hooking up city water, hot water set up, electricity, cable, sewer hook-ups where applicable, and any other special requests.

2. The camper is winterized from November first through April. It can be rented out during winter but, all plumbing will be de-winterized for an extracharge.
