1. Delivery : standard delivery time would be around 3pm and Fridays between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
It does not include setup. Setup could be included for a fee. There would be a $50 set up/take down fee that Includes but not limited to: stabilizing and leveling the camper with 4 stabilizer jacks, Hooking up city water, hot water set up, electricity, cable, sewer hook-ups where applicable, and any other special requests.

2. The camper is winterized from November first through April. It can be rented out during winter as well without using the plumbing
