The entrance to this community has a Harris Teeter open 24hrs and restaurants. In the town center area is The Freeman Foundation outdoor performing arts center (with weekly events in season).
Bayside's Sun Ridge Tennis & Rec Center features 2 luxurious outdoor pools, Kids' splash Zone, waterfall hot tub, fitness center, locker rooms, game room, playground, snack bar grille and poolside bar, volleyball and basketball courts and 5 tennis courts.
The Commons has a third 3400 sq. ft. outdoor pool, kid pool, sundeck and locker rooms.
