The Entertainment and Event Technology Provider will Utilize 915 Secaucus Rd. as its Northeast Headquarters

SECAUCUS, N.J., July 16, 2010 – Production Resource Group (PRG) has leased 220,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 915 Secaucus Rd., announced Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. PRG, a leading supplier of entertainment and event technology, will consolidate and expand the company's existing locations in Mt. Vernon, N.Y. and North Bergen, N.J., and will utilize the newly leased space as its Northeast headquarters.

PRG was represented in the transaction by Stan Danzig and Stephen Elman of Cushman & Wakefield. Property owner Hartz Mountain Industries was represented in-house by Charles Reese, vice president of leasing.

"The location offered the proximity to New York City that the company was seeking," said Elman. "It also provides the corporate image, adequate office space and parking they require to support their operation. We looked at a number of potential sites prior to determining that this was the optimal location and building layout.”

PRG's range of markets for its technology-based products and services includes concert touring, corporate events, trade shows and special events, as well as theater, television, and film. The company currently operates from 31 locations in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
