At Red Crane Steak & Sushi Cafe we serve top notch authentic Pan-Asian cuisine. Pan-Asian simply refers to foods from various Asian countries. Red Crane features foods from Japan, China, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Asian ingredients, spices, and flavors are used with items such as beef, chicken, and seafood, which are easily recognizable. Our menu is trying lots of different items and sharing them.
