Notable selections include the Diced Chicken Breast (onion, mushrooms and spinach sautéed with fresh herbs and garlic, stuffed in cannelloni and topped with pesto cream sauce,) Seafood Pomodora (a combination of black tiger prawns, Alaskan scallops, fresh king salmon, onion and mushrooms tossed in a white wine zesty tomato sauce,) and the Breast of Chicken Entrée (stuffed with pine nuts, golden raisins, spinach and ricotta and topped with a mushroom marsala cream sauce.
