Welcome to Stella East! This is our beautiful, clean, contemporary vacation rental home in sunny Central Scottsdale!
Sleeps 12 adults comfortably in 4 bedrooms (perfect for couples get-away).
This beautiful updated split-level home is perfect for your large group while you're in Scottsdale. Upon entry, you will be greeted by a large great room with an oversized sectional sofa gathered around a fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been completely remodeled top to bottom and features high end cabinets, counters, and appliances. Inside the cabinets, you will find all of the necessities to cook and enjoy meals as a group while you're here. A large dining space is just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, two rooms have queen beds, one room has two sets of bunk beds and there is a pull out bed as well. They are all super comfortable, you'll fall asleep fast!
New, soft carpet was installed. Split floor plan- one bedroom/bathroom on separate level. Large flat screen TV's in living & family rooms. Inc front loading washer/dryer indoor laundry room. Large lot size & refreshing diving pool in backyard. Strictly no pets or smoking permitted.
The home has a heated pool that is available for use during your stay at $50/night. If you would like to use the heated pool during your stay an additional fee of $(calculate the # of nights x 50) would be added to your booking. It is free to use the pool not heated.
There is a credit card processing fee that will be added to your reservation unless you choose to pay via eCheck (available to US travelers only).
There is a short four page rental agreement that will be sent to you and must be completed.
*For stays of 1 month or more, guests are responsible for utilities and bi-weekly cleanings. Utility breakdown: the owner covers landscape and pool maintenance and the guest would be responsible for reimbursement for cable/internet, electric, water, and gas. The bi-weekly spot cleanings are $50 each and will be coordinated with you once you check-in.
