Uncorked encourages their guests to “Eat, Drink, Relax. . .Repeat.” Owner Ali Amundson has created an inviting atmosphere to make wine accessible for everyone. We at Uncorked feel that wine is subjective and that everyone’s palate is different. Offering 20 different flights of wine (three, 3 oz. pours), Uncorked is the perfect place for everyone to unwind & enjoy their favorite wine or find a new favorite. We feature over 50 unique wines by the glass & bottle and also draft & bottled beers. Join us daily for ‘Wine Down Specials’ featuring several different wines discounted by the glass. Uncorked, not only known for its vast wine selection, offers specially selected & prepared cheese trays, flatbreads, delicious sandwiches & salads and "to die for" desserts—all made with ingredients focusing on the nuances of wine. On Wednesdays don’t miss out on Hump Day and 80’s night when all bottles of wine and cheese trays are $5 off, and join us on Mondays for Monday Madness: 1/2 off all glasses and flights of wine.
