They built their business from the ground up focusing on making their clients feel like they weren’t just customers, but also friends who had a place to unwind and pamper themselves. They are a husband and wife duo who primarily worked by appointments only to decrease wait time and to make each person feel like the services are catered personally to them. As the business grew, they decided to relocate to a larger location to accommodate their growing clientele and added brother, “The Dude”, and friend, Leyna to the staff.
