GOLGOTHA

GOLGOTHA

A SKULL shaped hill in JERUSALEM ...

IT is finished
THEN HE bowed his head and gave up HIS SPIRIT

and so the so called KING of the JEWS

WAS CRUCIFIED ...

JOHN 19

There were 3 crosses at GOLGOTHA ...

IN LATIN , GOLGOTHA is CALVARY ...

AND when they had come to the place called CALVARY or GOLGOTHA ...

THE place of THE SKULL

THERE they crucified HIM ...
AND the criminals ...

ONE on the right side
and the OTHER one on the left .

LUKE 23 : 33

and so on GOOD FRIDAY ...

3 men were CRUCIFIED

WHO were THEY ???

THEN one of the criminals who were HANGED ...

BLASPHEMED HIM ... saying :

IF YOU are the CHRIST ...
SAVE yourself and US ...

LUKE 23 : 39

A perfectly good question to ask BUT was JESUS CHRIST here to save us from the crucifixion ??? OR to bring us the possibility of ETERNAL LIFE ???

WHAT exactly did THE CRUCIFIXION mean ???

IF CHRIST had merely saved himself AND the OTHER criminals as was ASKED for :

THE world at large would NOT know of THE RESURRECTION !

And so GOOD FRIDAY ...
FOLLOWED by EASTER SUNDAY ...

Represents the miracle of ETERNAL LIFE ...

Perhaps the HIDDEN meaning of GOLGOTHA ...

IS the possibilities offered by GOD to build a place in HEAVEN

OF everlasting LIFE and PEACE ...

ARE we WORTHY ???

WE ALL have FREE WILL ...

THE gift to choose GOOD or EVIL ...

AT any time that WE are alive ...

MAKE it GOOD , GOD may be WATCHING !
