This is a fully furnished, very clean, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with a large, recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, and new cabinets.
The main floor consists of a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room, all with water views; as well as a laundry and full bath.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with a half bath. The MBR has a king size bed and the second room has a queen and one twin beds.
The furnace is new in the last five years and the gas/forced hot water heat is very comfortable
The backyard is grass, gardens and private.
The home is a two-minute walk to Scituate Harbor Lighthouse and Lighthouse beach.
There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveway.
The Greenbush train line to Boston's South Station is only a 7-minute drive from the house
No pets, no smoking,

Located in Scituate, this vacation home is by the ocean. Two Mile Farm and Daniel Webster Estate and Heritage Center are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Widow's Walk Golf Course and Green Harbor Golf Club. WIlbur's North and Norris Reservation are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and snorkeling nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and cycling.
