From the second floor porch (partially covered), enjoy views of the local wildlife, the State Park, and the sand dune preserves, or stroll down the quiet street and take in the spectacular gulf sunrises and sunsets from the pristine beach. Magnolia Treehouse is a 2-story home with 1 bedroom downstairs (full bed) with hall bath (shower only), a full open kitchen with breakfast room, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV, DVD, and lots of books and games. The second floor features 3 more bedrooms, a full bedroom, queen master bedroom that includes a deck with a lovely lake view, and a dorm-style room with 1 king, 1 full, and 1 twin bed with a trundle. The home is equipped with window unit A/C and heating, a washer and dryer outside off the kitchen, outdoor hot/cold shower and ample parking.
Guests should be aware that there is not a private dock on the lake for this property. The sheer charm of the classic cottage makes Magnolia Treehouse a special vacation spot guests return to time and again.
