Constructed in 1953, The 30A Love Shack has been undergoing a face-lift since it was purchased in 2012 with upgrades including new roof, electrical, windows, interior appointments and fresh paint and furniture. Don’t worry, the nostalgic charm has been preserved as this cottage still looks and feels like home at the beach.
The open kitchen, living and dining room capture picturesque lake views while the two bedrooms, bathroom and washer/dryer area line the north side of the home. Both bedrooms are spacious and enjoy light shed from the clerestory windows above. You will be comfortable sleeping with hypoallergenic feather down linens and foam gel mattresses - queen in the master and double in the guest bedroom.
