Alexander Mirza

Alexander Mirza is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mogul, a venture-backed technology company that provides talent, management, and branding solutions for the hospitality industry. Mogul’s applications include MogulRecruiter, an elite talent engine, StayMogul, a service driven reservations platform, and Mogul Hotels, a tech-led luxury brand. Together, they are reshaping the hospitality industry using data science to propel technology and service innovation. Mogul is minority owned and raised seed capital with technology CEOs and Silicon Valley-based L37. Mirza’s breadth of experience stems from founding boutique luxury brand Cachet Hotels, and he furthered his skills as the Head of Strategy at Starwood Hotels, the SVP of Operations at Hilton Worldwide and as the SVP of Hospitality at Caesar’s Entertainment. He helped successfully launch the Waldorf Astoria brand, transformed Caesar’s non- gaming portfolio, and oversaw a 2-billion-dollar food and beverage business at Hilton. He also has years of experience in management consulting, and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he returns to moderate panels at Real Estate conferences.
