Marc Arnett, owner and founder of Sunset Builders & Maintenance, has a vast amount of construction experience, both commercial and residential, including managing large-scale commercial and multi-family construction projects throughout the State of Florida. Some of Marc's previous work included two shopping plazas with restaurants, 15 retail tenant build-outs, 49 post-hurricane remediation condos, and new construction for national chains such as Walmart, Circuit City, Walgreens, and Bonefish Grill.
