Our condo is conveniently located next to Meadow Park in San Luis Obispo. It's easily accessible from highway 101, the SLO amtrak station and the San Luis Obispo Airport.
The interior is completely updated with stainless steal appliances, granite countertops, comfortable leather sofas, and luxurious bedding. Downstairs is the kitchen, a 6 person dining table, a half bath, the living room, including a large flatscreen and uber comfortable seating. A sliding glass door leads to the back patio which includes outdoor seating and a full gas grill.
Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms - one king and one double bed, and one full bathroom. each room have park or mountain views.
The garage includes a new washer and dryer as well as two kayaks and two beach cruisers. Parking is safe and easy in the off street parking lot.
The small complex is filled with young professionals and adults and while we encourage you to enjoy your stay, we ask that you are respectful to our neighbors.
