"I met Jeff in 2014 as I was the trustee of my parent's home in San Francisco. Jeff had a most impressive presentation which included a hard bound book containing possible listing information and pictures of the house exterior. Although I was not ready to put the property on the market at that time, Jeff kept in touch for seven years with no pressure, but gave updates and answered any questions I may have. The property was finally ready to be put on market this year but not until we had to do fairly extensive repairs and remodeling.
