It is the bottom unit of a 3-story Victorian building with a backyard garden. The building has a fence that provides privacy and safety from the street. Street parking is available and relatively easy to find, however, guests must be conscious of parking restriction (see posted signs).
The condo is located 5min walking distance from Dolores Park, Castro St, and Haight St. Also, it is only 4 blocks away from the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, nightlife and shopping that Valencia St and Mission St offer. Easy travel to and from SFO airport by taking a 10 min walk to the 16th and Mission BART station. Two blocks away from 2 Muni stations (Castro & Church) where the streetcars can take you to Fisherman’s Wharf, the Embarcadero and downtown SF.
The bedroom is the quietest room in the condo, fully furnished with a soft bed, a dresser and an empty closet. The living room is decorated with artwork and has a queen sized American Leather brand pull out sofa that can accommodate 2 additional people. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has high-end appliances, for those who like cooking or baking. It has great cabinet and counter space to prepare delicious meals and store groceries. The bathroom is spacious and has a tub and nice shower. The condo comes equipped with its own laundry and drying space, although there is also a dry cleaning shop a few houses down the street. Wifi access is included. For guests staying 2 weeks or more, a weekly cleaning service can be coordinated for an additional expense.
The condo is the bottom flat of a 3 unit building, so be respectful of the neighbors. Late night and loud parties are not permitted.
Please also be aware that this is a non-smoking residence. Anyone who smokes in the condo will lose their security deposit.
