Modern Magnolia inspired 40ft RV comes complete with a private master bedroom with a upgraded queen mattress, walk around bed, large dresser, backlit mirror, closet, bedside outlets, panoramic windows and window shades. Master bathroom has a double entrance with a residential walk in shower, skylight over shower and power vent fan.
This spacious RV has a rear bedroom with a privacy door and it’s own private entrance. The rear room is equipped with happi-jac electric bunk system with folding sofas (queen) and a private half bathroom including a sink and toilet. Magnetic walk-through screen wall that opens up to the rear aluminum deck system with rear power awning.
The living area includes a comfortable triple reclining sofa, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and full size sink. Two flat screen TV’s. Rockford speaker upgrade with sub Inside/outside.
For the beach bums that want to dry camp, our trailer is self contained. Has a 100 gallon fresh water tank, (2) 50 gallon black tanks. 4500 watt generator, 30 gallon fuel cell, solar, 360 on guard cable.
*** If you are dry camping, Water is NOT included and you will be expected to fill the water tank. Most campgrounds that do not have water hook ups, will have a water fill station. If you are camping at The Oceano dunes, once the trailer is delivered, you will need to contact the water delivery company to bring you water. The water man does charge to deliver water to The Oceano dunes.***
Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children. This is due to weight restrictions and wear and tear on the trailer. The master bedroom will sleep two adults comfortably, however each bunk will only support one adult on top and one adult on bottom or two children on top and two children on the bottom.
Please note: the couch is NOT a sleeper.
No truck needed to rent! Let us take the stress out of transporting, set-up, take down & pick-up.
Please note:
* Our RV is currently NOT available to tow yourself.
* Water is NOT included
* Please remember to bring your own bed linens & towels. The RV has three queen size beds, one shower and two bathrooms.
* Pets welcomed for an additional fee & MUST be potty trained. (see optional fees)
* Our rates DO NOT INCLUDE the SITE FEE. Once you reserve a location, reach out to us and we will get our trailer booked for you.
* Please keep in mind when searching for a campsite that our trailer is 40ft in length with two pop outs. Some locations do not accommodate a trailer of this size.
* Once the trailer is delivered, we will need about an hour of uninterrupted time to set up the trailer, document, take pictures and go over any questions you may have before we leave.
