Consumers are spending vast majority of their time in messaging apps like facebook messenger for example. Consumer can lookup the bot (VirtualConcierge) in the messenger, just like they do with their human contacts. Bot will help the guest to find the nearby restaurants and add themselves to the restaurant wait list. Bot sends link to confirmation page and notifies when table is ready.
