Tinderbox Restaurant is an experimental American bistro with a foundation on sustainable food and wine. A freestyle bistro incorporating flavors from American and International traditions. The menu changes to reflect the best seasonal menu changes to reflect the best seasonal produce and meats available, always local, organic, and sustainable. Everything from the pasta to the soda syrups are made in house and the dining room is made of green materials.
