"We use acupuncture, herbs, cupping, moxibustion, manual therapy, diet/lifestyle recommendations, and exercise prescriptions to coax your body’s own natural abilities to heal.
Your first visit will take about 60-90 minutes. We will do an extensive intake about your current condition as well as a health history and physical examination. Based on the findings, you will most likely receive acupuncture, and it may also be beneficial to do cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, or manual therapy. After treatment, we will most likely go over exercise/lifestyle/dietary recommendations.
Follow up visits usually take 45-60 minutes and your treatment plan may stay the same or change depending on your progress."
